This will be a brief post, just to give you the lowdown of our week. A more elaborate post with pictures will follow tomorrow.
My folks flew into town for the surprise 60th birthday shindig we were hosting for my Uncle from Minnesota! He had no idea they were coming, nor that his golf buddy (also from Minnesota) would magically appear at our tee time Friday morning. It was great being around family and we had a blast! Avery was a little overwhelmed by all the people, but she freely gave kisses and hugs to everyone. Said birthday gathering also included cake (pictures to be shared on my other blog).
Avery had her 18 month well-baby visit today! I can't believe it's been 18 months and how smart this kid really is. Aside from her cuteness and charm, I couldn't be prouder to be her mom. My heart is full.
24.5 lbs (25-50th percentile)
33 inches tall (75-90th percentile)
And like her mother, her noggin is BIG (to hold all that incredible smartness...she needs a large brain) 19 inches (90th percentile)
